However, I wholeheartedly get it… Because I’ve actively lived/breathed my own extensive physical and emotional trauma healing processes alongside an intense Kundalini Awakening, I know how painful, stagnant and even hopeless life can feel (you can read my story in my “About” Tab). Extracting wisdom from my own path of personal transformation (as well as knowledge from some incredible mentors and teachers), I’ve come to truly grasp what practically works for people to create tangible shifts and lasting resolve. I’m a fierce advocate for INTEGRATION AND WHOLENESS —for unconditionally accepting & loving ALL parts of ourselves… cultivating the inner unity necessary to express authentically and feel empowered.
